What makes Becoming Counseling & Consulting, PLLC and Bethany different?I believe that navigating life's liminal space is deeply challenging. You shouldn't have to walk that path alone. I firmly believe when you are invested in your growth, you can truly become an exceptional version of yourself. I don't view "unhealthy" behaviors as a sign you are broken. Instead, I see them as the adaptive tools you learned because past circumstances required you to survive. We will honor how they protected you while helping you thrive in the present. I bring a warm, nuanced, and completely judgment-free approach to helping you explore your relationship with your physical self.
What if I need more than 50-minutes? Can we do that?Yes, extended sessions are absolutely available. While my standard virtual therapy sessions are 50 minutes, I know that depth-oriented work sometimes requires more space. For my active telehealth clients across Utah, I offer 90-minute extended sessions by request. In fact, our very first session together will always be a comprehensive 90-minute intake so we never have to rush. If you ever feel you need more time to process a heavy transition, we can easily schedule a longer session.
