Education & Experience

University of Utah, Bachelor of Social Work (2017)

University of Southern California - Los Angeles, Master of Social Work (2018)

My clinical background spans a diverse range of settings and populations, giving me a deep understanding of how to support people through complex challenges at any stage of life. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with families navigating the Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS), providing intensive support to adolescent males in a residential treatment center, and guiding adults through the high-stakes transitions of higher education. Today, I bring this wide-ranging experience into my private practice.

I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and I am a Shame Informed Treatment Specialist. I am incredibly passionate about continued education on modalities to support client growth and collaborate with clients to determine the modality and technique that best supports their growth. I call this my ‘eclectic’ approach to therapy!

I’m a Utah transplant who has lived in different parts of the country, which gives me a deep appreciation for resilience, transition, and community. I am passionate about supporting clients through times of change and helping them find hope and balance in the process.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me chasing three kiddos and Pickles (our family dog).
